From the perspective of an "insider", this book describes the history of extracurricular activities in Hong Kong schools for more than 100 years, and illustrates extracurricular activities from the start, development and growth to transformation. The author describes the history of the development of extracurricular activities, records history ory before the Revolution of 1911 and describes the changes in extracurricular activities under the Hong Kong British Government, before and after World War II, the period of social unrest in the 1960s, the era of universal education, the Hong Kong's handover, and the changes before and after the millennium. This book also sorts out the relationship between extracurricular activities and Hong Kong social development, changes in Hong Kong education, education reform, etc. It also tries to explore the future development of extracurricular activities.
