At that time, he undoubtedly borrowed the modernist poetry of Taiwan at that time, but it was not a simple imitation, on the contrary, he was writing his own poems. In the end, the poet pursued the long-awaited "dream", which is undoubtedly something to be happy about. However, once the "dream" is successfully pursued, he suddenly loses interest in pursuing poetry. Of course, this may just be my forced understanding, but it is evident that the poet's creative work has decreased sharply after "Yi Zhiyan", and even feels that "I am old / This is not 1969 / It is 1999", and I have lost the momentum of writing poetry in my youth, which seems to be reasonable again.
