Continuing the momentum of the first volume of "Inheritance", "Inheritance II" was successfully born!
The Hong Kong Chinese Chefs Association invited 45 of the city's top Chinese chefs to work together to plan and publish "Inheritance II", selflessly dedicating themselves to sharing a good wonton feast with their personal characteristics, allowing the industry to exchange ideas, enrich the creative inspiration of cooking, and hone and move forward with each other. The culinary experience and valuable culinary experience of Chinese celebrity chefs can be used by young chefs to learn from and practice, nourish the foundation of Chinese cuisine, and promote the development of Chinese cuisine in Hong Kong.
